He took a photo carefully, backed out carefully, and called U.C.L.A., who, at the time, handled the removal and study of Africanized bees.
Sure enough, they were, and they were removed. He was very lucky.
I don't think that they need to be in the environment, either.
My future Dil says that shopping satisfies women's gathering needs. She satisfies that need, she says, by browsing, either in shops, or in catalogs. I used to love to go through catalogs, in the 80's back, especially. But, also enjoyed looking around certain shops.
When we lived in L.A., I also enjoyed using coupons for food, and non-food items. Sometimes, the savings was amazing. When we moved, though, things changed, and I had to give up coupons, as they were no longer worthwhile, at least in supermarkets.
Yesterday, Ds signed up for a phone app for Safeway, and saved $10. on vegetables that I was going to buy. Apparently, they have some good deals, and know what you buy, so target what you use.
As for other types of shopping, the tee-shirt that my mom always said that I should have says it all, "I don't pay retail." Well, not if I can help it, anyway!
