The stories are truly well written and have a lot of emotional depth. There are at least 32 Thomas Pitt Books. This is not the first... the rest are in MN.
Anne also writes books featuring William Monk. I haven't read many of these books, but they are also really good.
The second books is Red Mist by Patricia Cornwell.
I have a few here that I have picked up, but also some more in MN.
Love her and have tried to read them in order. I am afraid that I have no where near all 25. LOL
Adding the Kay Scarpetta books to my wish list.
Somehow I have managed to whip right through both of those in the last week. But I was so enthralled I actually fell asleep a few times and woke at 3am to continue reading.
Book three is the ne I am just beginning. James Patterson's Roses are Red. I have more of his in MN as well. I am looking forward to enjoying this one as much as the two above.
It is such a pleasure to read books I can not recall ever having read before.
I have been so locked into rereading the three series I do have. This like a breath of fresh air in my mind.
I am reading Dd's books to her again. We have two chapters to finish in George Sheldon's, "Tucker's Countryside." It is that lovely Tucker Mouse and Harry Cat series. This is book four and I think we will finish it tomorrow. With ten books altogether, we have three real emotional books yet to go.
It is a relief to have such wonderful authors to read.
