I also read Chancey Family Lies wich iss the second book about the family who moved to Chancey and opened a B&B because the husband wanted to work for the railroad and the house sits right at the old and new tracks. Good stories about small town life in the south. I guess there are two more books in the series.
I'm reading a very wierd book (so far) Strawberries. It starts out with a woman (wife and mother) who goes to her familie's house for Thanksgiving...she quit the church when she was a teen and her family is very disapproving. They have a blow up and it just confirms why she didnt bring her husband and child...but when she returns home they are all slain by a killer who lives a drawn strawberry in their blood. He's leaving a string of such bizarre death scenes and an FBI agent is trying to catch him and put an end to the killings.
