Also, caffeine. Oddly, if you drink more, at a different time, or...cut back! The latter corrects itself eventually, at least.
Do you know what helps me to sleep really well, besides soaking my hands for 20-30 mins. in magnesium water? Chocolate. It's bizarre, and something that I didn't notice to be true until the last few years.
Mostly, people complain of being kept up by chocolate, and yes, there are chemicals in it that can do that. But, it also contains....magnesium. Coincidence? I don't think so. My magnesium levels are so low that any extra affects me positively.
