Answer: The Declaration of Independence is housed in the National Archives Building, located in Washington, D.C., at 700 Pennsylvania Avenue NW. The National Archives is dedicated to preserving and safeguarding the nation's most important historical records, including the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. The Declaration of Independence is displayed in a specially designed, climate-controlled, light-filtered, bombproof, bulletproof, titanium-framed case designed to preserve and protect these national treasures.
