Need help - Tout de Suite (lovebird) has been having seizures

Toute de suite's (lovebird) seizures started three months ago. We changed her diet to fresh foods, supplemented with pelletized food; no more seeds in her diet. Things got much better as each month passed. We haven't had a seizure episode for a month now until last night. It was awful; her body was rigid and her neck was distended, crooked and rigid. It lasted for nearly 10-12 minutes this time. I need to understand what NOT to feed her and what is the best to feed her. Any ideas? I need help to help these birdy babies. I have them on PrettyBird pelletted seed, supplemented by collard leaves, broccoli, broccoli leaves, baby carrots and regular oats. Thank you all in advance.
