Another family member is on her way. Scroll down this page to read Dixie's profile, then click on Details to learn more. Dixie Dixie arrives in Louisville Saturday afternoon. I've never flown a dog and am plenty nervous about it, but the adoption rep has done this a lot and has only had positive experiences. Please pray for safe travels for Dixie, and for me. Dixie has an appoitnment with my vet on Tuesday and we'll see what can be done for her. According to her foster mom, she is not in any pain and feels fine now. I have to say, this has all happened pretty fast. I just inquired about Dixie on Tuesday! Gotta love a group and adoption rep who don't let any moss grow under their feet.
