just got new rims screws or hi-tack

drag radials 315 on a leaf spring car. i have 8 screws on my old rims front and back. no problems. 60ft 1.25-1.27. new rims are weld magnums 15-10inch. opinions. MAD DAWG LIKES THE PERMETEX HI-TACK. IS THAT WHAT STEVENS USES. THANKS YOU FOR ANY INFO.
