Pastures and Paddocks: test

Mmm.. what's this? The salty smell of some large body of water reached my nostrils, burning the insides. Exhilerating. Large ears flopping foreward, my head raised towards the sky, eyes staring uselessly. I know the way this works.. very delicate. Yes, a delicate procedure needing gentle instructions. Screw that. Hooves scraping against the rough rocks, my legs were disobediant, rebeling against my very will. Step by step they carried me farther through the jagged death traps. The pointy edges dug roughly into my skin, causing the soft flesh to cry it's scarlet tears. Cry.. cry like a scared little child. The wind was savagely attacking me, silver whisps gently caressing my cheeks. The endless cry for attention brought on by the raging sea caused slight irritation to dwell within my empty carcass. It grew larger during the endless silence, growling at the wind and ferociously hurtling it's drooling mass at the tempting sea. Calm down, now. There's no need to get deadly violent here. However, the monster - now waiting to be unleashed - refused to calm to my soothing words and only snapped back at me, devilishly white teeth snapping mere centemeters from my curiousity. Oh, dear me. There go my emotions again; damn things just won't stop this endless feud. Ah well. As my emotions faught for control, my legs continued to protest - confused and scared, they kept running. Unfortunately, they dragged the rest of me with them. Like a wild chase, they weaved their way between the rocks, stumbling over some of the unreasonably larger ones. I had nothing to myself anymore. With the emotions killing eachother for dominance, and my legs running from some unnamed horror, I was left with only one thing of my own - my mind. Whose side is he on? But - more importantly - who, or what, is he? I was so confused. Wait.. where are they taking me now? I only suddenly realized the change in direction. No longer were there daggers peircing my already scarred legs. Now it was.. different. But how? Shuttup. Okay.. I need to figure out what I'm doing here. Ordering the chaos to stop with one simple demanding order, I felt my body jerk as it stopped rather abruptly; the rampage inside stopped, and I was left with complete silence. My eyelids closed, but made no difference. I saw only darkness. Day was night, night was hell. It's the way it worked, and I wasn't about to change that.
