He is a bully. He sends me nasty and counter-productive emails belittling me and my efforts and threatening me with pay cuts and/or reducing me to part time status. We think he is bi-polar. When his is "up" he is great. When his mood swings south, he singles out one person in the office to pick on, and he is a flaming jerk. It is my turn. I can not and will not take much more. I am working on a way out of here.
