The Kazaa spyware is from BDE and these programs will take care of that and many many other things as well. To prevent future spyware problems, give Spyware Blaster a try. You only have to run the program once to be safe. And just for good measure, you can get virus protection from AVG Anti-virus. All of these programs are free and work great.

As far as removing the Kazaa program goes, there should be a simple uninstall program.
