True, it's old news, but just about none of us cared enough to know those news.

And of course, all the reruns or distributed episodes of it (on tape or PC medium) have the Haim Saban insignia brand.
Hire cartoonists, open a studio, write new scripts, animate it, market new episodes?

I doubt anyone will sue you for issuing fan-made SPC episodes.
So you see, talking big costs nothing, and anything you could do with the rights, you could've done so far.
Anything else, would cost a helluva mountain of bucks.
