Daydreaming is madness, of course, but if I ruled the world, I propose a LARGE group of hierarchs, categorically (forcibly, if necessary [as long as power is inverted, turnabout is fair play after all]-- we fools are daydreaming, after all) monastic ... each one or even two taking one state or territory, depending on the geography -- I count just 51, which means Rhode Island will have to share its hierarch - Canada would be unsupplied or short supplied as usual, as would be Mexico, because we'd need to emigrate him here to take on a state.
