We have San Antonio totally nonplussed that their Greek only bickering hit the papers. We have that Jerusalem website that also says Greek is primary importance. He's said some wonderful inspiring things before which kept me hanging on longer ... his kat eikon ekklessia, his serious reflections on the impact on clergy families, and yet, many's the slip twixt the Holy cup and the lip -- because as in Fr Peter's report on Missions and Evangelism -- despite 'Bringing Orthodoxy to America' equally inspiring keynote addrss of Archbishop Demetrios' years back, Fr Jim Kordaris is like a one legged man in a butt kicking contest, he's limited to making communities primarily for Greeks, so growth and new communities have to have a preponderance of Greek (ethnic, speaking, etc.) membership.
