"We have concluded that when the principle of racial division (i.e. phyletism) is juxtaposed with the teaching of the Gospel and the constant practice of the Church, it is not only foreign to it, but also completely opposed, to it. We decree the following in the Holy Spirit: 1. We reject and condemn racial division, that is, racial differences, national quarrels and disagreements in the Church of Christ, as being contrary to the teaching of the Gospel and the holy canons of our blessed fathers, on which the holy Church is established and which adorn human society and lead it to Divine piety. 2. In accordance with the holy canons, we proclaim that those who accept such division according to races and who dare to base on it hitherto unheard-of racial assemblies are foreign to the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church and are real schismatics." To ALL Christian Friends of the Poor:

Greetings in the Name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit!

We write to you today about our great joy in these recent days. In September we told everyone we could reach "The Saint Philothea Project will go to Romania for the Nativity Feast." Saint Philothea Project will go to Romania to deliver gifts and assistance from Orthodox people in America to orphans, other poor children and adults."
From Bishops to priests to the laity many people across the country and around the world have responded by preparing packages for the children. Each pack lovingly prepared to bring relief and joy to the child who will receives its contents.
Our hearts are filled with joy when packages arrive at our doorstep. Our office space is almost full of packages for the orphans in Valea Plopului with Father Nikolai and the Diocese of Alba Iulia.
With each package's arrival, we wait to see how GOD will provide for the next phase of the project. God and his people have provided Airline tickets and a car to deliver the gifts. You can join with the people who sent the packages by send the resources needed to complete this Nativity Project. We expect to have 10 foot lockers full of gifts.
Each foot locker will cost $200 to transport to Romania and into the hands of the children in great need.
There is never enough money to help the poor. Every last dime over transportation costs will be used to meet urgent needs at the children's home or other philanthropic works. Diapers and formula for babies, winter coats for children in Almasu Mare and Christmas feasts for families of after school program children are a few of the things always on our list of things to provide during a visit. Verily, GOD knows what we will be needed during our visit.
Thanks for your prayerful consideration. Your holy financial assistance will be greatly appreciated by us and our poor brothers and sisters in Romania.

God be with you and Peace All Ways
