In accordance with the holy canons, we proclaim that those who accept such division according to races and who dare to base on it hitherto unheard-of racial assemblies are foreign to the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church and are real schismatics." Yes, 6000 new members really requires a bishop, and not someone new to the faith. But finding someone who is a knowledgeable Orthodox clergyman with mission experience may be impossible. I wonder if they could get a former evangelical priest from here to fly out there for a while and work with a bishop, who may have little experience dealing with evangelicals? In other words, the task may require a team of two for awhile till everyone gets used to one another,
