Was his name Frederick or does he go by the moniker of Theognosis? If so, he is the same Filipino fellow having a problem on the other forum.
He is worried about a modified Divine Liturgy being used. He only seems to believe the Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom is acceptable. At this time, the Filipinos do not have ordained Orthodox clergy so they are unable to do a full DL. But it isn't clear if they will be eastern or western rite. There are some issues to be resolved. I just hope an Orthodox bishop will be assigned. They are going to need him in order to add structure for services and to make sure the new clergy are trained properly. Also, the authority issue is a big one for Protestants of all varieties to adjust to.
