Dean, His All Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew was named one of the most influential people on the planet last year by Time Magazine. This shows that the Church in Constantinople is not on the decline, but indeed is one of the most important and significant Churches in the world. With all due respect, the Church in Constantinople has put Orthodoxy on the map in the eyes of many in the world. Those are the facts.
