Keep in mind that no other jurisdiction offers "Greek parishes" complete with the Greek Typikon, which differs from the Russian Typikon used by the OCA, for example. As Fr David noted, there are a variety of other jurisdictional differences beyond ethnicity.
Does +Jonah's statement that the OCA must turn to Russia for it's spiritual direction sound like an open invitation to those of other traditions? To me, a decades long OCA parishioner, it sounds more exclusionary than inclusive. If a minority of the Orthodox in the US follow the "Russian tradition", is it wise to place it on a pedestal when seeking unity?
