(Of course, they could sue in civil courts, the currently preferred avenue for Church conflict ... tho St Paul frowns on this for theological reasons ....)
IIUC Both Eminences would register formal canonical complaints, thru their respective Patriarchates, with the OCA Holy Synod, if necessary via the Moscow Patriarchal Synod since neither Antioch nor Constantinople see the OCA as autocephalous. Moscow, I guess, would forward it to the OCA in that case, since it would consider them to have jurisdiction at least in the 1st instance.
Or in this day & age they might try Alternative Conflict Resolution, which would be even *more* "idealistic" than the above! :-D
