Uh...well...George...here is a little bit of factual information. The Charter issue started AFTER Abp. Spyridon was already gone. Negotiations started in 2000 or 2001 and the final Charter was issued in 2003. Facts are stuborn things.

That whole Voithia/OCL, what did you call it, oh yeah, axis of evil started earlier, over the Abp. Spyridon debate, not so much the Charter.
