Dear Al, Sober thoughts, tempered with experience...as always. Thanks. Had not thought about that aspect of the MP/ROCOR rapproachment. My immediate thought, only half tongue in cheek: A Council is Coming soon, according to C'nople. Maybe rearranging the order of the diptychs, turning some of the current patriarchates back into bishoprics, thereby restoring a sense of reality to the Orthodox Oecumene, should be at the top of the list.
