Easter message from the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill archpastors, pastors, deacons, monks
and all the faithful of the Russian Orthodox Church
Beloved in the Lord your graces the hierarchs,
reverend priests and deacons, loving monks and nuns, brothers and sisters!
Spiritual triumphant in this great and glorious feast of the Resurrection from the dead Saviour of the world mentally beholding His procession from the tomb, all of you to draw life-affirming, full of inner strength, truth and joy irresistible cry:
Christ is Risen!
Radiant Passover night is the fullness of God's love to mankind, which the Eternal Son of the Heavenly Father, took upon Himself human nature, and healed him from the disease of sin, and went down to the hellish depths have broken the shackles of death, giving us an invaluable opportunity to unity with their Creator and Provider.

Through the Eucharist we are able to imitate all to Him who for our sake , "emptied himself, taking the form of a servant, being made in men and likeness as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient unto death, even death on a cross" (Phil. 2, 7-8).
Moral and spiritual change itself is the main factor and the basis for the transformation of society, people of the country. It is impossible to improve on the whole, not perfecting his part. The right frame of mind of people of all ages, social and political groups directly determines the welfare of the Fatherland. From what will be our life vectors is dependent path of historical development of all countries of Russia, our Church, and the limiting value of - and all of God's creation, presentation to us by the Creator to protect and "keep it" (Gen. 2, 15).
I prayerfully wish all of you, my dear, sustained stay in the joy of the Risen Winner of hell and preizobilnoy help from above in your everyday work.
