there is a fine balance here, what we need to do is to personalize our faith and to touch person's hearts with the holy spirit. this is not done with theatrics - this is through a sincere effort, not based on the externalities but on the inernalities of the faith.
one of the non russian metropolitans said to me over 40 years ago that he admired the russians for they truly possessed the spirituality that his people did not.his people were good business men but did not possess the level of spirituality he expected of them.
yet many of these so called spiritual people have left the fold, so there needs to be more
we can have senior ministries, youth ministries, young mother ministries etc but they need to be carefully structured inorder to achieve the desired result
as the title of one management book says - you won't get there unless you know where you are going - and the pathway is defined by careful planning focused on what we need top stop doing, start doing and continue doing
so as a first stepvwe need to communicate how a strong faith in christ is essential to our spiritual wellbeing
