1) The diocese of the EP really ought to have access to its own seminary 2) The access to historic documentation at Halki should be preserved 3) Can there be too many Orthodox seminaries? Faculty will be found, probably without having to cannibalize any existing seminaries. Do you honestly believe we are so short of qualified teachers? The last question is ludicrous. Money will be found, it will not take away from existing seminaries. Are people so intent on seeing the jurisdiction of the Ecumenical Patriarch die?
