If this is all true then what we appear to have here is the Synod of the OCA confessing to gross negligence on their part. They took a junior monastic, that they evidently had no real knowledge of and improperly vetted, and made him the primate of an entire church. And then they failed to take action in a timely manner to correct their mistake and allowed him to wreak further havoc upon the archdiocese for an unacceptable amount of time.
As much as I hate to say this, I think they should ALL resign and put the archdiocese fully under the Episcopal Assembly. Clearly they have NO competent leadership in the OCA at present.
