Quick fun read. Witty blurb always improves a cover. The scarab has nice details on Jaime's back - especially in BB's "Now I go beat up the bad guy" panel. A date with Traci 13 turns into a team up. We see how easy and yet deadly any character in the DCU could be if they invest some time into magic. Traci tracking down the trio seemed like something from Buffy the Vampire Slayer (good show to homage). Mr. Tolbert looks like that teacher from the TV show FAME (good show to homage). Brenda, Nadia and Brenda basically just punch the clock here but they're worked in neatly enough. Not crazy about the Scarab talking in THOR font but like that it's not a know-it-all. Don't know Boswell or the Library - anyone? Solid superhero story - better than last issue. It was nicely self-contained with a character developing ending. Anyone still collecting?
