Story was okay. Great pace. Art was serviceable as always.
Titles splash page looked powerful/eyecatching ! (But what kind of entrance is that? Dr Mid-Nite pops out from behind a curtain against the wall?).
Interacting with BBs mother was cute.
The medical jargon sounded authentic. Was it?)

Loved BBs line about broader shoulders.
The issue villains were too generic again.

Mr Chacon could prove an interesting foil.
BBs familys reaction in the crowd was a nice panel - almost my banner choice if'd thought of a funny tag line.
Key was well deserved.
The Border Patrol predicament was neat set up but WTH were they doing with the appropriate picket signs already?

Brenda outing Mariposa worked out nicely.
The battle was chincy; mom's help too convenient to; who the hostage was unclear. However, it makes for a decent banner submission:

The cold-blooded observation clever.
The SHOCKING identity of Nichol an exciting surprise cliffhanger!!!
