Well he was born in 1920 according to most sources making him 85 years old currently. Namor hasn't really aged since reaching his prime shortly after WWII. I figure he's either an extremely long lived mutant like Wolverine with a centuries long lifespan or is an external (immortal mutant) like Selene the Black Queen.
