I believe Namor is still sterile, but I've always been a huge supporter/believer of Namorita. Given her time in Atlantis as well as her maturing time (during both her adventures with Namor and her time with the New Warriors, often as leader) I feel that Nita is the ONLY logical choice.
Ive always felt strongly on this one (it would be even more interesting if she reconciled with Nova and attempted to continue her relationship with him. It would e strained but IMO it would be good for both of them in the long run).
