Llyra attempted to seduce Namor in the guise of Sue Storm-Richards (back when everyone believed Reed was dead and Namor was trying to romance Sue again). Llyra discoverd, at that time Namor was sterile, so she, in the guise of Phoebe Marrs she seduced the next-best-thing... Leon McKenzie, Namor's father's brother's son whom Namor had hired as an employee at Oracle, Inc. Thus, Llyra was able to get McKenzie DNA for her own clone which is why the clone resembled Namor and why the Atlantean Scientists confirmed that Llyron was indeed related to Namor. The Atlantean Senate confirmed Llyron as Namor's rightful heir, and they voted Namor off the throne (due to his continued absence in times of need and apparent love for Surface-Dwellers), and crowned Llyron the new ruler. However, when Morgan Le Fay raised Atlantis (in ATLANTIS RISING cross-title serial just prior to ONSLAUGHT), there was a split with the Atlantean people. With Atlantis destroyed, half of them left with Llyron to find a new homeland, while the other half stay loyal to Namor and began rebuilding Atlantis. After ONSLAUGHT, Namor disappeared (HEROES REBORN Namor was transported to the Franklin-verse Counter-Earth dimension) and the construction of New Atlantis continued under Namorita who is the Official Regent of Atlantis. Upon Namor's return (HEROES RETURN) Namor resumed rule of New Atlantis and Nita is still a Princess to the throne. Namor appointed Andromeda (the warrior daughter of Attuma and Ex-Defender) his official PEACELORD. The line of royalty is currently 1) Namor, 2) Namorita & 3) Andromeda, and quite possibly 4) Tamara Rahn (Namor's secret agent) or Vashti (Namor's Royal Viser). Llyron is a Ex-Pariot, and now PRISONER in Atlantis since his attack on New York with the Fathom Five in the recent storyline from the NEW THUNDERBOLTS. Hope that helps! -Torch --Previous Message--
