Namor's children

Llyron isn't Namor's son and all we know, the Sub-Mariner couldn't reproduce because of his hybrid heritage.
But in Avengers # 293 from 1988 when Marrina is slayn by Namor we see three of her eggs. They crack up and three creatures appear:
"But... who's the father? Perhaps we shall never know. The hatchlings have vanished into the darkling depths of the night."
Very mysterious and weird. And it's highly possible that the Sub-Mariner is the father. (In her human form Namor was her lover and as a giant sea-serpent I'm sure Marrina couldn't find a counterpart for reproduction.)
