Why is it still true that all of our sins are our own fault? This is the second big set of objections to God's absolute sovereignty. This article not only helps overcome them, but further refines our understanding of how God's sovereingty operates. Not only that, it helps us understand ourselves better by examining how the human will works. Divine Sovereignty and Human Responsibility Briefly Harmonized by MP.

The Sovereignty of God Over Evil by MP: How can it be that God has fore-ordained whatsoever happens--good and evil--and yet God is not the author of sin? The ability to answer this question helps give us a more accurate understanding of God's sovereignty, and allows us to overcome one of the main objections to belief in God's absolute sovereignty.

The sovereignty of God means two principle things. First, it means that God’s control extends to every single aspect of creation–from the orbits of electrons to the decisions of men to the motions of galaxies. Second, it means that God’s control over creation is the execution of a plan that was formulated based upon God and His purposes alone. The plan was in no way conditioned–determined–by anything other than God.
Ultimate self-determination is unnecessary for moral accountability
