You're a Maniac

“You’re a Maniac” What exactly is a maniac? Webster says it’s, “a raving or violently insane person; madman; lunatic; as in raving with madness”. The typical mlmer can identify with the verb, because, some of us have been called one before. As with every raving mad person we’ve never actually looked up the definition in the dictionary. However, have we ever thought that with our lacking results in recruiting and product sales, and our will to continue, we might just be one? After all, who else would continue with so much heart for the profession, and we are only making $4.13 a month. If a lack of results and a love for networking means you’re a maniac sign me up. What are my other options? Quit, work as an employee and lock in a mediocre life. No, that’s a real life maniac (no more dreaming and accepting life as being hard and realistic). You have read Webster’s definition, now read Frac’s definition of a maniac: Motivation Action Nerve Imitate Achieve Clarify The “M” stands for motivation. Get in fifth gear and get motivated. Nothing will get you going quicker than motivation. One way I get motivated is listening to motivating tapes in the car everyday (automobile university). The “A” stands for action. Action equals results. We have to turn off the TV and get off the couch. Nothing will happen if we do nothing but watch survivor. We will not even survive. The “N” stands for nerve. You have to strike a nerve deep down that you will never quit and you will have unconditional success. Unconditional success simply means, you will not put conditions on your success. Conditional success for example is, “If I do not have three reps by June 1st, I will never be able to do this business.” Unconditional success is, “I’m going to make it no matter what I have to tackle to make it happen.” The “I” stands for imitate. Find someone in your upline, sideline, or a coach that you can model (imitate) and replicate their success. The “A” stands for achieve. Keep your vision set on your goals. Once you achieve a goal make a new one. Once you set a goal make sure you cut it in half. It’s always a great feeling to achieve a goal. Likewise, it’s frustrating if you can’t achieve a goal. So make sure to cut them in half, and once you achieve it, make another. The “C” stands for clarify. Be clear on what you want. Then set your laser focus on your intended results. Do not allow negativity to enter your brain. If you get an undesired result (which you will), just learn from it, and clarify what went wrong and fix it. So the next time out you are quicker, faster, sharper, and tougher. That is my definition of a maniac. And yes your lack of results ended last night. Today is a brand new day. If I have to be a maniac to live an abundant life that’s acceptable, and worth every hard working hour I put into it. I think it’s crazy that everyone in MLM isn’t successful!
