Well done trotters for another win today and to ryan and hayley for being first male trotter and winning and hayley fist female trotter in!!!!
Just thought i would drop a quick note to say that i am fine and sorry for causing any worry, apprently i had a rythmic heart flutter or somethin like that which every one has now and then but for some reason mine didnt get back to a normal rythm which resulted in me hyper-ventilating and passing out on robin gale (sorry robin), i know ken was there and keith and i think dave lloyd but apart from that i cant really remeber much so thank you to every one that helped especially a guy called dave from barking running club!!! looks like i wont be gettng my full 5 wins but hopefully ill make it 4 at hadleigh. Hopefully see you all on wednesday.
