My Running Sessions - Out of Action 2-3 weeks

After seeing a consultant today (what do they know anyway) he has told me to stop running for at least 2-3 weeks. So sorry to my Friday Night Hill and Sunday Morning sessions. I am sure someone can cover for me when I hopefully can resume. Sorry for the short notice but it was a shock to me...
