Do people keep training logs? ... I've tried in the past, but this year it's been largely lost. But I've discovered a website which seems to do everything for you ... and you can compare your training to others, whether locally or not.
It's called Fetch Everyone, and from what I've seen captures everything I've tracked previously plus more too.
Basically you set yourself up with a login, and then add whatever else you fancy, such as your club (there are only 6 TGT members there today!), your shoes, etc.
Then you can simply add your training runs, each day, or make them more complicated, such as which shoes you wore, the weather, terrain, etc. This builds up your training history.
You can also add your races to a race portfolio, so you can see all your races at a glance, and it records your PB and SB (Season's Best) for you, if you keep it up to date.
You can even upload your garmin stats, if you've got one!
Have a look round, and post your feedback here.
Cheers,
Andy
