Yes i keep a training log
i have done since the year dot.
I put all the details down in any old note book.
so far i have logged up,38,030 miles since 1982 alone.
Cant find the books from when i first started at present.
You can look back to see what sort of training you were doing when you ran well
Also when you ran bad.and compair the two.Look back at your training programs
for any race you are thinking of doing. 5m 10m 10k 1/2m 15m 20m marathon.
