Amateur Baseball Report & USSSA is searching for the top baseball players in your age group in the State of Texas. Any player interested in attending the regional ID Camp and Tryouts can do so. All regional participants will go through a “Skills and Drills” instructional session with current and former pro-players, coaches and managers. Players will participate in a full a showcase and be rated amongst the other players at your age level within the state as well as across the country. Also, participants will receive a player profile page on www.AmateurBaseballReport.com. This page will show the grades and comments from the player’s showcase.
The 2010 State Games will consist of three separate age divisions for 11U, 12U, and 13U players. Team Texas will invite the top players of each of the four regions to the Texas State Games. The event will be held in Central Texas.
The Team Texas State Games will begin with a showcase/practice for all players. Afterwards the players will be broken up into teams and play in multiple games. The Amateur Baseball Report and Team Texas Scouts will be evaluating all the players throughout the event. The top individuals at the Texas State Games will make up the All-Texas Team (3 teams; one at each age level). These teams will compete in their respective age groups in the 2010 season.
