Posted by Kathy on 3/8/2003, 1:47 am, in reply to "Re: An interesting article" I've forgiven him for the time he et my dinner when I was out in the external laundry, and when he scratched me in front of cat-disliking boyfriend (I was trying to use him as an advert) and when he wee'd in my bathroom.... And I'll even miss the bloodied mice-bits on my doormat (I'm a vegetarian).... I have tempted some lorikeets to my balcony with Lorikeet nectar - I'll miss laughing at him as he watches them feasting through my glass door, tail a-swishing, wonderful green eyes wide as saucers ... I'll think back to the OTHER time he tried to lick my dinner plate clean.. and it was Thai green curry (evil grin). I'll miss having his chocolate self to cuddle on the way up the stairs after a hard day at work... I'll miss his 'PURRR-OWWWWW' at the door when he wants attention, a warm place to sleep etc... .... One day I'll leave this crazy city and live somewhere where I can live in a place larger than a shoe-box and have a puss of my own... Kathy

Found out today that this special cat is leaving to move with his human. Sigh. I am catless again. I let him in for our last evening together as friends - he's snoozing in my beanbag with his paws over his eyes looking *so* cute
He keeps snuffling and yawning in his sleep (?!) - and flexing his paws as if he were catching prey. Meanwhile I am sitting on the hard floor as I type this .....
