state divisions

after looking at some of the state rankings, i think some serious work needs to be done to move teams up. i see teams in c division with over 3000 points and they are still in c! thats crazy. when will they ever have to move up. if you have that many state ranking points, you should have to move up. NATALIE... please make this right. move the teams up that need to move up. thats why us in a and b have so few teams in our tourny. if you are in the top five in your division, you should have to move up. just my opinion.
