Now now boris, you all don't always post ur names...and how can teams be expected to move up once they reach the top 5 in a season, that doesn't make any kind of sense. I think if they are finishing in the top five year after year then yes, make them move up, but a year here and there, no. But rules are rules and people will exploit them if given then chance.
