Yeah, that rule is clear. But, my question has not been clearly addressed. Unless, that rule is saying that a players flag must be completely pulled off by a defender to be considered down. And if so, all refs this weekend were not aware of this rule. The better refs were calling the player down if the flag was contacted by a defender and fell off a few steps later. Thanks though!
