Even if it is all d teams and a few b and c teams it's still impressive that many people over there play flag. 18 D teams means some of them move up. Which in turn some C teams eventually move up, and so on. You know better than anyone you can't just jump in the ring with Ali cause you think you box. Gotta start somewhere. And a solid C and D division are, for the most part, a good future to at least a handful of premeir quality teams.
