There is indeed a movie like that, but it is called 'Ticker' (no 's') which stars both Dennis Hopper and Our Hero (TM). The always-excellent Tom Sizemore is also in it. I've seen it down my local Prime Time Video but I haven't rented it yet. As soon as I do, expect a review on the Filmography page. One thing to note is that Steven's trusty old Colt 1911A2 is included in the cover art...cool!
