I'll give you my review of it. The film is pretty damn appaling. It's mildly entertaining and seagal seems like a bit of a bad ass especially in the cop car park scene, you'll see. however, it seems to have been shot using the same budget that i used for my under siege 2 lego trainset remake. the special effects are the worst thing ever, all the explosions are just shots from other films and don't fit in. it's set in san francisco, and despite being english, i'm sure that snow is fairly rare there and definetly not present in the film, unlike in one of the explosion shots. the plot is okay, is it's got a fairly good twist, and tom sizemore is great. hopper is meant to play a member of the IRA i believe, but his irish accent is the worst thing i've ever heard. and also at the end they're like, 'job done, cool'. however, despite slagging it off, it is fairly entertaining and sometimes the special effects suck so bad it's quite funny. the fight scenes are terrible. if it had a better director and a few more dollars to spend it could have been quite a good film, but its pretty damn shit.
