I've beenhearing somewhimpering that the vikes gave up too much. but at that 17 area you have the 2nd ranked guard drafted and 3rd and 4th besttackles going off the board.
and that mighta been fine, for the vikes to hold court, and draft some lineman and depth players with the allen pics....IF you wanted the vikes to continue to build towards mediocrity....But to become a champion, at some point you have to load up on talent NOW the williams tackles, winfield, ad....5 years from now are all likely to be done in the nfl. thats about the time these olinemen would be paying dividends.
