While the reason for our being here is not pleasant, I have enjoyed watching two Viking games with a friend and his Viking buddies. Spent last Sunday at the Green Mill, eating Walleye and watching--probably the best game I've seen in a long time--the Vikings take the Niners. People at the Mill were friendly and even gave a cheer when the Lions won--although it was nothing compared to the noise on that last touchdown. I didn't know Minnesotans could jump that high!
