am i wrong? bevell doesn't hold the play chart nor does he talk to brett. noodle freze's for the big stuff and lacks all forms of creativity the rest of the time. like someone said he is very conservative. watching the vikes not score from the one and with the calling. wasn't it run throw throw like before? pitch the ball to AD and tell me he can't gain the edge. And why do we have to run with 1o men at the line? can't we run out of a spread? get some of the defenders away from the ball or let brett find the reciever. Brett should indeed be the play caller.
all in all a good game and one we could have won except the ball bounces.
Brad may be a good general manager or a good judge of talent but he is NOT a talented play caller or designer of offensive plays. The first time ever calling plays for him. let darell and brett design the game plan and execute it to their will. Brad can be the over-see-er. otherwise he is just fu##ing noodle.
