Normally Childress pressers are a snooze, but I found yesterday's to be very interesting. I think he shows how much of a people person he is and I see that as his strength ..... judging talent and keeping team on track and motivated. He comments also on how important this bye week is to the guys mental and physical health ...off til next Monday. Anyway it's worth a listen if you have time.
